Salary Range - Field Providers

At Orange Cross Ambulance, we believe EMS providers are a critical and equal part of our healthcare infrastructure. As such we aim to compensate our career EMS professionals appropriately for the serious work they perform every day. The scale below reflects estimated annual salaries based upon the 51s Schedule’s 2,652 annual hours of work. Alternative schedules may also apply to some positions. The chart below does not reflect the value of Employee Total Rewards (i.e. Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Earned Time Off, Allowances, Special Incentives, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.)

51s + Pitman Schedule (Sun-Sat Weekly View)

Orange Cross Ambulance is committed to the idea that your work environment should be predictable and balanced. That’s why OCA has adopted both the lifestyle-friendly 51s as well as the Pittman 2-2-3 scheduling configurations, offering a variety of options to providers with different needs outside of work, more nights at home, and the opportunity to work fewer overall days each month with more recovery time between shifts.

(For example, those pursuing scheduled classes through the Technical College or University system could benefit from C-Shift, ensuring you are off of work every Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri. Those interested in minimizing overall work days could benefit from D or E shifts, working only 10 days each month.)
